This single-family dwelling originally built in 1919 was completely gutted. The first floor space was reconfigured to provide for light business commericial space. A spacious residential apartment was added upstairs, with private exterior access from the rear of the building, all while maintaining it's local historic character in front.

This 30's era block and stucco house was gutted entirely, expanded in the rear and a second floor master suite/office was added.

This painting and photography studio is an exercise in creating function within very tight spaces. A cross between ranch-funk and techno-chic, this fun studio always delights and surprises.
